Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation email or proof of purchase.
Please Note: Due to the intimate nature of the following products, and to ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
  • All Bedding (e.g., sheets, duvet covers, comforters) that have been removed from their original packaging.
  • Opened or used products from the All Bath category.
We can only process returns or exchanges for these items if they are received in their original, sealed, and resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we have all the information we need to help you quickly.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship your return without an RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our warehouse.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

  • Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account, depending on your card issuer’s or PayPal’s processing times.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
