4. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order: You can place an order by selecting items and proceeding through our checkout process. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.

Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details. This is an acknowledgment of your order, not an acceptance. Our acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

Payment Methods: We accept payments securely via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen method.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to your order.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be completely delighted. Our 15-day return and exchange policy (from the date you receive your order) is designed for your peace of mind.

Your Responsibilities for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] to initiate the process. Do not ship items back without a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service.

Non-Returnable Items: To ensure health and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Any Bedding items (e.g., sheets, duvet covers) that have been removed from their original packaging.
  • Opened or used products from the All Bath category.

Refunds: Upon approval of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
